1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms take effect from the date you first register an account or use the v87 platform. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings between you and v87 regarding use of the platform.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use v87 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your region.

3. Registration & Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at v87. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

When registering, you are responsible for:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential.
• Notify V87 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensure that no other party, including family members, uses your account.

V87 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the v87 platform are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. We support a range of payment methods including local bank transfers and approved digital wallets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and may change from time to time.
• All deposits must originate from a legitimate source and belong to the registered player.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected.
• V87 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new player.
• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash without meeting the specified requirements.
• V87 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Professional players or those found to be systematically exploiting promotions may be excluded from bonus offers.

6. Game Rules

All games offered at v87 operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Any technical errors or system disruptions affecting game outcomes will be investigated and resolved at the discretion of v87.
• In the event of a technical error, V87 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount.
• Players are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Confirmed and accepted bets are final.

7. Player Conduct

V87 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. As such, players are required to observe the following standards of conduct at all times:

• Treat fellow players and customer support staff with respect in all interactions.
• Not using offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment on the platform.
• Not sharing your account information or allowing others to access your account.
• Not attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Not engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Report to V87 if you suspect any suspicious activity on the platform.

Any breach of the above conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure at V87's discretion.

8. Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting V87's customer support team. All eligible balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following a brief review.

V87 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Fraud, identity impersonation, or submission of false information.
• Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions.
• Use of illegal software or manipulation of the game system.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

9. Liability Limits

V87 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wins due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Data loss due to third-party system failures.
• Financial losses resulting from valid game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance.

V87's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Amendments to Terms

V87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
